Refund policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and other digital content are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once the purchase is complete and access has been granted. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned or reclaimed once delivered.
Print Books
Damaged Items
Refunds for print books are only available in cases where the book was damaged during transit by the carrier. To be eligible for a refund due to transit damage, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide clear photographs showing the damaged book and packaging

Include your order number and a brief description of the damage
We reserve the right to verify all damage claims before processing a refund. We may offer a replacement copy instead of a refund, subject to availability.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Changes of mind or incorrect purchases

Books purchased from third-party sellers or retailers

Claims made after the 7-day notification period

Normal wear and tear or minor imperfections consistent with the printing process
Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs & Other Items)
All merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner and produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected at checkout, or color variations due to monitor display differences.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will make it right. To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, you must:

Include a brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to verify all claims before processing a resolution. We may offer a replacement or store credit in lieu of a refund. Manufacturing defects and misprints are covered; normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse are not.
